Terrazzo 017 brings a colorful, terrazzo and white surface into your scene with the channels you actually use. The set is cleaned for tiling, the normal-map flavour is documented, and the maps load directly into Unity.
The pack is shipped in JPG, PNG and EXR. Color, displacement, normal, roughness channels are included, and the maps are tested for tiling continuity and consistent UV scaling out of the box.
Built for ArchViz teams who need a material to drop into a scene and stay there. Terrazzo 017 works equally well in real-time engines and offline renderers, on hero close-ups and on background fillers.

Terrazzo 017 loads cleanly into Unity, 3ds Max, Houdini, Blender and Unreal Engine. There is no proprietary metadata or vendor-specific quirk — the maps are plain image files at industry-standard channel layouts.
