Description
Carpet 016 is a production-grade PBR material designed for direct integration into modern shader pipelines. It captures the beige, carpet character of real carpet surfaces without forcing you to spend an evening rebaking maps.
Technical specs: color, displacement, normal, roughness, ambient-occlusion channels at up to 8K. Files are exported as JPG, PNG and EXR. Tiling has been validated; normal-map convention is clearly tagged so you don’t fight your shader.
Targeted at VFX departments who prefer accuracy over flair. Carpet 016 won’t surprise your render: tiling is clean, normals are correctly oriented, and the displacement scale is documented.
Carpet 016 loads cleanly into Marmoset Toolbag, Houdini, Maya, Unity and Blender. There is no proprietary metadata or vendor-specific quirk — the maps are plain image files at industry-standard channel layouts.
