Description
Surface character: bark, tree bark and natural. Metasequoia Bark is a natural material captured for production rendering, with maps that behave the way your shader graph expects.
Technical specs: color, normal, roughness, displacement, AO channels at up to 8K. Files are exported as JPG, PNG and EXR. Tiling has been validated; normal-map convention is clearly tagged so you don’t fight your shader.
Suited for any pipeline that respects PBR conventions: motion designers can drop Metasequoia Bark into their material library and continue working without a single rebake.
Tested across Unreal Engine, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Maya and Blender. The maps load directly into Principled BSDF or equivalent metallic-roughness graphs in any modern renderer.
